Ambassador Committee
Influential members who promote the value of our organization to the business community. They serve as key representatives and volunteers of the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce. Ambassadors are invited to serve as Chamber representatives attending grand openings/ribbon cuttings as well as having the first volunteer opportunities for signature events.

Meetings: Monthly except July and December

Business Referral Group
This business-generating, fun networking opportunity creates strategic alliances between members across various industries providing business referral resources and contacts to potential businesses to connect (no duplicate industry representation).

Meetings: Monthly except July and December

Golf Committee
This committee plans the annual Auburn Hills Chamber Golf Open, as well as advises on other golf-related events. If interested in building a network of those in the community who enjoy golf, please join us.

Meetings: 4 – 5 times per year (dates vary based on planning golf activities)

Hospitality Committee
The Hospitality Committee is comprised of members from hotels, restaurants, and retail who provide resources and opportunities for executives working in these industries to connect with fellow colleagues and gain the latest on industry trends and tourism. We partner with the City of Auburn Hills, county, and statewide organizations to provide critical details about what’s happening in the hospitality industry and our community.

Meetings: Quarterly

Health & Wealth Committee
This committee plans the Auburn Hills Chamber Health & Wealth event. This committee ensures that all aspects of this event are complete.

Meetings: 3 – 4 times per year (dates vary based on when event is held)

NextGeneration (Emerging Leaders)
Made up of young professionals under the age of 35, this committee brings together men and women of diverse backgrounds who share a common commitment to the future of the community.

Meetings: Quarterly mornings or afternoons with additional social mixers scheduled throughout the year

Non-Profit Committee
Non-profit and civic member organizations meet to discuss shared goals and priorities within the local community. Expertly led, timely non-profit topics are covered during each meeting providing the latest important non-profit industry details.

Silver & Gold Awards Committee
Made up of Auburn Hills Chamber Board members and sponsor representatives, this committee reviews the nominees and selects the winners of the coveted annual Silver & Gold Awards - honoring individuals and companies as well as our volunteers for their outstanding efforts.

Meetings: Twice in the fall

Taste of Auburn Hills Committee
Planning the annual Taste of Auburn Hills, this group ensures the event meets its goals for quality, fundraising and member satisfaction.

Meetings: 3 – 4 times per year (dates vary based on when event is held)

Workforce Development Committee
Comprised of human resources executives, business owners/managing partners, and c-suite professionals from companies with more than 25 employees, this committee focuses on supporting the development, attraction, and retention of talent. Representatives from local/county/state organizations and workforce development topic experts provide need-to-know updates during each meeting.
